ICS offers a variety of co-curricular activities including clubs, service organizations and academic contests to provide an opportunity for students to grow spiritually and socially, develop deeper relationships with teachers and peers, build self-esteem and leadership skills, and learn the value of teamwork. These activities are an integral part of the overall educational experience.

Beginning Band

They meet once a week for a sectional rehearsal on either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday 11:00 – 12:00 pm and then on Wednesday for Full Band rehearsal. Intermediate Band

They meet once a week for sectional rehearsal on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday from 12:50pm - 1:50pm, and then on Wednesday for a full band rehearsal. The Intermediate Band performs at the Christmas and Spring concerts. Applicable Grades:

Concert Band

They meet once a week for a sectional rehearsal on either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday from 1:50pm - 2:50pm, and then on Wednesday from 1:50pm - 2:50pm for a Full Band rehearsal. The Concert Band performs at the Christmas and Spring concerts, DuBourg Music Festival, and IGSMA District and State Contests. Applicable Grades:

Jazz Band

Musicals
Christmas Contact Email: Contact Email Contact Person: Mrs. Mary Beth Babcock Description:All kindergarten through third grade students participate in the Christmas Musical as part of the chorus. The students learn the songs during their regular music class. In addition, students in first, second, or third grade are invited to audition to be part of the cast. Cast members are required to attend rehearsal sessions after school. Applicable Grades: Kindergarten
