Annual Alumni Appeal
The Annual Alumni Appeal is an appeal to the ICS Alumni to help fray the operating expenses. This appeal was started in 2009. You can also donate online, via paypal under the Alumni section of the website.
A Message from Fr. Carl E. Scherrer:
For over 150 years, ICS has provided an exceptional Catholic Education for thousands of alumni. As we look to the future, we’re asking for your help so that we can continue to share the ICS educational experience with the next generation of Christian leaders.
We hope that you count your time here at ICS as one of your life’s blessings. Would you be willing to express your gratitude for those generous benefactors who invested in you during your time here at ICS by investing in ICS now?
Please know that we are grateful for your support, and hope that you are always proud to be a part of this select group of ICS alumni. God’s blessings,
Fr. Carl E. Scherrer
Pastor
A Message from ICS Principal Michael L. Kish:
When people look back on their lives, the education they received is often a great joy and difference-maker in their success and over-all happiness. As a 1963 graduate and school leader since 1971, I have seen great change in the delivery of an education to children. Yet our vision remains the same…trying to create a school Jesus might have wished He could have attended. But of course He’s here in all we do…just trying to see it from a child’s eye!
As we begin our Annual Alumni Appeal, I am reminded of the debt I owe to our parish and the Adorers of Christ who subsidized my education. It is our turn to “pay it forward” and keep the dream of a Catholic education alive here in Columbia. The Class of 2010 consists of 49 students which will be hard to match in new enrollment. We need your donation to offset rising costs. Please be generous!
ICS is grateful for your support of its work in making a difference in the world. Thank you for spreading the Good News with your time, your talent, and your treasure!
When we count our blessings…we think of you. Please bless us in turn.
Michael L. Kish,
Principal
